We offer college scholarship opportunities and tuition discounts. Eligible Chick-fil-A Team Members have the potential to receive a $2,500 Leadership Scholarship, with the ability to re-apply for up to four years – for a potential total of up to $25,000.
Through a partnership with Scholarship America, we offer tuition discounts and grants for all restaurant Team Members (and sometimes their family members!). With access to more than 100 colleges and universities in the United States and Canada, Team Members can more easily make a secondary education part of their future.

Chick-fil-A Atlanta Highway is now offering free college to all team members! 100% Tuition covered contingent upon Team Member’s acceptance into Point University. Online Courses.
